These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 449bdt (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of any feature of the 449bdt Platform — including browsing game catalogues, accessing promotional content, placing bets, or making deposits — constitutes your unambiguous acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of that use.

449bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 449bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Operator.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 449bdt Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 449bdt operates as an adult entertainment platform and takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness.

By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform.
You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use. Registration on behalf of a third party, or use of another person's account, is strictly prohibited.
You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have independently verified that your participation does not violate applicable local legislation.
You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable international anti-money laundering standards, unless you have disclosed this status to 449bdt and received written confirmation that your registration has been accepted.
You are acting in good faith and are not using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal purpose.

449bdt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed. Where verification cannot be completed to the Operator's satisfaction, 449bdt reserves the right to close the account and return the deposited balance (less any bonus credits) to the originating payment method.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited: Any person found to have registered with a false date of birth or otherwise circumvented age verification will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform using your details, contact support immediately.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 449bdt Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and live betting, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details if any of them change. 449bdt is not responsible for failed communications, missed withdrawal notifications, or any other service failures resulting from outdated contact information held on file.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 449bdt Support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. 449bdt cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available — this is strongly recommended for all 449bdt accounts.
Never access your 449bdt account via public or shared Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
Log out fully after each session, particularly on shared or mobile devices.
Report any suspicious login attempts to support without delay.

449bdt reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts where KYC documentation cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction may be suspended, restricted, or permanently closed.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

449bdt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 449bdt does not charge deposit fees; any transaction costs imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds using a payment account belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the funds will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively back to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. Before a first withdrawal is approved, the player must complete KYC verification by submitting the required identity documents. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within 1–3 hours during BST business hours.
Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: 3–5 business days, subject to issuing bank processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of BST business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. 449bdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

Anti-Money Laundering: 449bdt is committed to preventing financial crime. All transaction activity is monitored. Where unusual patterns are detected, the Operator reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests and to request documentation explaining the source of deposited funds, in accordance with internationally recognised AML standards.

Section 5

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

449bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free bet awards, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a 449bdt account:

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms prior to acceptance.
Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
Minimum Odds: Where a bonus is awarded in relation to sports betting, a minimum qualifying odds threshold (typically 1.50 or higher per selection) applies. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.
Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the point of expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is ৳500, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus promotion may be active on a 449bdt account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress may be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: 449bdt employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering solely to clear bonus requirements, multi-account exploitation of welcome bonuses, and coordinated wagering between linked accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 449bdt reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and pursue recovery of funds where applicable.

Players who do not wish to claim a bonus may opt out at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has commenced, it cannot be reversed or removed at the player's request. Players are encouraged to review all promotion terms carefully before opting in.

Section 6

User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on the 449bdt Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You accept the following obligations for the duration of your use of the Platform:

You will not use any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 449bdt, including automated betting, odds scraping, or game manipulation.
You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be voided. You agree to report any identified errors to support without exploiting them.
You will not engage in collusion with other players during live casino or poker-format games. Collusion includes, but is not limited to, coordinating bets with another player to unfairly influence the outcome of a game at the expense of other participants.
You will not use the Platform to launder money or to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity. All funds deposited to your 449bdt account must originate from legitimate personal financial sources.
You will not make chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to your 449bdt account except in genuine cases of unauthorised transaction fraud. Abusive chargebacks constitute a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery action.
You will treat all 449bdt support staff and other platform users with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at staff or other players will result in account suspension.

449bdt monitors platform usage continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the prohibited activities described above will be suspended immediately pending investigation. The Operator's determination in such matters is final, and any funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

449bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Detection of suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider.
A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
The player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balances and winnings generated in connection with the breach will be forfeited. The remaining real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds and voided winnings) may be returned to the player at the Operator's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 449bdt Support via live chat or WhatsApp. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC compliance.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Grounds for Closure

Accounts may be closed where the Operator identifies:

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The 449bdt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator takes all reasonable steps to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate functionality, 449bdt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 449bdt shall not be liable for any of the following:

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or bet settlement delays.
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether 449bdt was advised of the possibility of such losses.
Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform that contain errors or omissions.
Interruption or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

In cases where a technical error results in the incorrect settlement of a bet or the erroneous crediting of winnings, 449bdt reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether the affected player has already withdrawn the erroneously credited funds. Players are not entitled to retain winnings that resulted from a provable technical or human error in game or settlement processing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 449bdt's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Language & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 449bdt is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform should be submitted to 449bdt Support in the first instance. The Operator commits to addressing formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any time.
